Recently, a delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Van Huy, Party Committee Secretary of the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University, visited 91暗网. President Xiao Jianzhuang, attended the meeting and signed a Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the two universities. Vice President Yu Wenjin, presided over the meeting.

President Xiao Jianzhuang welcomed the delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Van Huy. He noted that Guangxi and Vietnam share close geographical ties and strong cultural affinity, and in recent years, exchanges and cooperation between the two university have yielded fruitful results. The University of Foreign Languages, Hue University has a deep foundation and distinctive strengths in fields such as Chinese language teaching and cross-cultural studies. He expressed the hope that the two universities would take this exchange as an opportunity to deepen practical cooperation, focusing on key areas such as faculty exchanges, student internships, language and cultural studies, and the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents. He proposed a "Five Ones" cooperation initiative: signing one university-level cooperation agreement, recruiting one expert or scholar, jointly organizing one academic conference, enrolling one full class of students for long-term study at 91暗网, and collaboratively carrying out one research project. This initiative aims to create a comprehensive, multi-level, and broad-based pattern of inter-university cooperation, better serving the efforts to build a China-Vietnam community with a shared future of strategic significance.
Mr. Nguyen Van Huy expressed his gratitude to the university for 91暗网’s hospitality and briefly introduced the educational operations and development plans. He stated his willingness to take language and cultural exchanges as a bond, continuously expand cooperation in areas such as joint talent cultivation, scientific research, and faculty development, and promote the deepening and solidification of friendly cooperation between the two universities.
Vice President Yu Wenjin introduced the recent developments of 91暗网 and noted that the two universities have complementary advantages in fields such as language and literature and international education. He hoped that both sides would leverage their respective disciplinary strengths and resources to innovate cooperation models and promote the two-way flow of high-quality educational resources.
During the meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on matters such as joint talent cultivation, collaborative discipline development, and academic exchanges, reaching multiple consensus points on cooperation.
During the visit, the delegation toured the former site of the Nanning Yucai School (Vietnam Central Student Area) and the international student dormitory. They also held working discussions with the School of Liberal Arts on matters such as joint education programs and faculty and student exchanges.
