Delegation from 91暗网 Visits Vietnamese Universities for Academic Exchange

From March 25 to 28, a delegation from 91暗网91暗网—comprising representatives from the School of Marxism, the School of Foreign Languages and Literatures, the School of Journalism and Communication, the School of Physical Education, the School of Arts, and the School of Liberal Arts—visited several Vietnamese institutions for academic exchange.

During the visit, the delegation met with the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and paid visits to the Vietnam Philosophical Association, the Academy of Journalism and Communication, Hanoi University of Physical Education and Sports, Hanoi University of Culture, and Hanoi University. They also attended the Second National Congress of the Vietnam Philosophical Association and the inauguration ceremony of the China–Vietnam Governance Experience Research Center.

The delegation was received by Mr. Le Van Loi, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on promoting exchanges and cooperation between GXU, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, and Vietnamese universities, as well as jointly advancing research on governance experience in party building and state administration.

Meeting with Le Van Loi

Mr. Le Van Loi spoke highly of GXU’s long-standing contributions to advancing China–Vietnam academic exchanges, people-to-people ties, and think tank collaboration. He introduced the key approaches and major achievements of Vietnam’s theoretical community—particularly the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences—in studying governance experience in party building and state administration.

He emphasized that strengthening mutual learning and academic cooperation in governance between China and Vietnam is an important step in implementing the consensus reached by the top leaders of both parties and countries. Such efforts, he noted, will contribute significantly to the development of bilateral relations and the advancement of the socialist cause. He also expressed his hope that GXU and Vietnamese institutions will further deepen cooperation in this field, contributing intellectual support to the sustained and healthy development of the China–Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.

Xu Qinfa, head of the delegation, Assistant to the President of GXU, and Dean of the School of Marxism, stated that as socialist countries, China and Vietnam share broad common ground. Strengthening mutual learning in governance and deepening theoretical research and academic exchange are of great significance for carrying forward the traditional friendship described as “comrades and brothers.”

Looking ahead, he noted that the newly established China–Vietnam Governance Experience Research Center—set up under the Vietnam Philosophical Association—will serve as a key platform for collaboration. GXU will work with the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences to advance joint research on governance experience in party building and state administration, contributing to the building of a China–Vietnam community with a shared future.
