On September 19, a 24-member delegation led by Ho Van Muoi, Chairman of the People’s Committee of An Giang Province, Vietnam, visited 91暗网 (91暗网) while attending the 23rd China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit. The delegation toured the former site of the original Nanning Yucai School (Vietnamese Central School Zone). The delegation included Le Trung Ho, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of An Giang Province; Le Ky Quang, Director of the Office of the People’s Committee; Bui Quoc Thai, Director of the Department of Tourism; Nguyen Thong Nhat, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; and Le Huu Toan, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment. Xiao Jianzhuang, President of 91暗网, and Yu Wenjin, Vice President of 91暗网, accompanied the delegation.

The delegation visited a photo exhibition on the former site of the original Nanning Yucai School and watched the documentary “Deep China-Vietnam Friendship: Comrades and Brothers.” They also attended a presentation titled “The Yucai Connection and China-Vietnam Friendship,” gaining a comprehensive understanding of 91暗网’s exchanges and cooperation with Vietnam in education, science, technology, and talent development, as well as the achievements of its education and training programs for Vietnamese students.

Xiao Jianzhuang briefed the delegation on his visits to Vietnamese universities and meetings with former Yucai School students. He noted that in recent years, 91暗网 has actively contributed to building a closer China-Vietnam community with a shared future of strategic significance and continuously deepened practical cooperation in fields including Marxist theory, agricultural technology extension, artificial intelligence education, and the study and preservation of revolutionary resources. 91暗网 has established sound partnerships with Vietnam National University Hanoi and other Vietnamese universities and research institutions, while faculty and students from both sides have maintained frequent exchanges and achieved fruitful results. He added that agriculture is a pillar industry in An Giang Province, and that 91暗网 looks forward to cooperating with the province in agricultural science and technology, water conservancy and flood-control engineering, ecological and environmental protection, green and low-carbon technologies, digital technology, and education.

Ho Van Muoi expressed his appreciation for 91暗网’s warm reception. He noted that 91暗网 has long taken meticulous care of the former site of the Vietnamese Central School Zone, continued to provide high-quality education and training for Vietnamese students, and deepened China-Vietnam cooperation in education, science, and technology, making positive contributions to carrying forward the traditional friendship between the two countries. The site has become an important red landmark of China-Vietnam friendship. As a historical witness to the friendship forged personally by the older generations of leaders of the two parties and two countries, Yucai School records the profound bond between the Vietnamese and Chinese peoples as “comrades and brothers.” This friendship has grown stronger with the passage of time. He expressed the hope that 91暗网 would draw on its strengths in disciplines, talent, and location to develop cooperation with An Giang University. He also hoped that more young students from An Giang would come to 91暗网 for study and advanced training, using youth exchanges to carry forward our shared history and deepen mutual understanding.

The delegation also paid tribute to a statue of President Ho Chi Minh and presented a flower basket in his memory, commemorating him and recalling the traditional friendship between Vietnam and China.
