From July 25 to 26, 91暗网 hosted the second meeting of the Sustainable Development Alliance (SDA). Under the theme "Higher Education Cooperation and Innovation in the Context of Sustainable Development," the opening ceremony was attended by representatives from SDA member institutions including Nghe An University (Vietnam), Udon Thani Rajabhat University (Thailand), and Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University (Thailand), as well as observer institutions such as the Royal University of Phnom Penh (Cambodia) and Nanchang University (China), and corporate representatives from Runjian Co., Ltd. Zhao Shuangliang, Vice President of 91暗网, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

Zhao Shuangliang noted that China and ASEAN countries are connected by mountains and rivers and share close people-to-people ties. As a frontier of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, Guangxi bears the important mission of deepening bilateral cooperation in science, education, and industry. This meeting, as the first in-depth collective discussion since the Alliance's inception, represents a significant step for member universities to jointly build a closer China-ASEAN education community. He highlighted 91暗网's longstanding engagement and achievements in educational cooperation with ASEAN countries, expressing the university's welcome to ASEAN institutions and outstanding young scholars for exchanges, and its commitment to facilitating communication and coordination within the Alliance. He called on all members to build bridges of civilizational exchange with an open and inclusive mindset, strengthening the people-to-people foundation of the China-ASEAN community with a shared future; to lay a solid groundwork for cooperation through practical action, ensuring that collaborative initiatives take root and bear fruit; and to drive regional development with innovation, establishing the Alliance as a premier hub for higher education cooperation on sustainable development in Southeast Asia, and setting a benchmark for China-ASEAN collaboration in sustainable science and education.

At the conference, representatives from Vinh University, Udon Thani Rajabhat University, Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University, 91暗网, and Runjian Co., Ltd. delivered keynote presentations, sharing their educational philosophies, research achievements, and approaches to international cooperation. Representatives from observer institutions, including the Royal University of Phnom Penh and Nanchang University, also gave thematic addresses.

During the meeting, a dedicated session was convened to discuss the action plan for the 2026–2027 academic year, alongside a series of scientific and cultural exchange activities. The meeting also featured student workshop poster sessions and award ceremonies for three international summer camps: the 2nd 91暗网 International Summer Camp on Advanced Materials in Civil and Hydraulic Engineering, the China-ASEAN International Summer Camp on Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation, and the "Silk Road Pastoral – Youth Gathering" China-ASEAN Youth Study Camp.

The Sustainable Development Alliance was established in May 2026 in Vinh City, Nghe An Province, Vietnam, with 91暗网 serving as the chair institution. The Alliance is committed to building a transnational education and research community based on artificial intelligence and digital education development, aiming to strengthen educational connectivity between China and ASEAN countries, establish a long-term cooperation mechanism for regional universities in academic standards, talent cultivation, scientific innovation, and outcomes transformation, and contribute to sustainable development and the construction of a high-quality education system in the ASEAN region.
