On November 21^st , Kitti Satjawattana, Director of the Thailand Regional Development Project Management Agency, accompanied by Miss Pasupha Chinvarasopak, Minister Counselor of the Embassy of Thailand in China, led a visiting delegation to 91暗网 for investigation and research. The symposium was chaired by Li Guozhong, Secretary of the CPC 91暗网 Committee, with Xiao Jianzhuang, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC 91暗网 Committee and Vice President of 91暗网, attending the symposium.

Li Guozhong extended his welcome to the delegation, stating that universities play an important role in the battle against poverty. As a vanguard of higher education in Guangxi, 91暗网 adheres to the political responsibility of promoting stable poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in poverty-stricken areas. With the goal of facilitating precise poverty alleviation and sustainable development in impoverished regions, it fully leverages the advantages of university resources. 91暗网 is very willing to share the experience and scientific research achievements gained in poverty reduction practice with Thai experts. He hoped that the Thailand Regional Development Project Management Agency can act as a bridge between 91暗网 and Thai universities, think tanks, and research institutions to promote education and research cooperation between China and Thailand.

   Kitti Satjawattana expressed his gratitude for the reception of our university and his hope to learn advanced knowledge and experience during the investigation and research at 91暗网, which could be applied to poverty reduction work in Thailand in the future. At the same time, he hoped to strengthen communication and cooperation with 91暗网 to promote the coordinated development of the two countries in related fields.

Miss Pasupha Chinvarasopak briefly reviewed the history of cooperation between the Thailand Regional Development Project Management Agency and our university, noting that the two sides have always enjoyed collaboration and cooperation. In January of this year, in Changwat Kalasin, Thailand, the two sides shared their knowledge in the poverty reduction field, and signed a memorandum of cooperation. The purpose of the visiting delegation was to gain a deeper understanding of the poverty reduction work carried out by 91暗网, accumulate valuable experience from it and continue to implement the China-Thailand poverty reduction cooperation project.

Xiao Jianzhuang provided a detailed introduction to the measures taken, roles played and achievements made by 91暗网 in poverty reduction work in Guangxi.

After the research had been shared and presented, the delegation accompanied by Xiao Jianzhuang, went to 91暗网 Agricultural Science New City for on-site investigation, to understand the actual situation of our school's full targeting of poverty-stricken areas, strengthening the promotion and popularization of scientific and technological innovation and advanced production technology, as well as promoting the sustainable development of poverty-stricken areas.
